A Healthy Habit You Must Develop

If it seems like we’ve been on a green tea binge lately, you’re right about that healthy habit. I am so very excited about all the positive research about the benefits of green tea. The good news just keeps coming. Nonetheless, you need to also read more than just my review. I mean after all I am only your neighborhood reporter and beauty goddess. (Bet you didn’t know that was my formal title, did you?) But, look below at all the peer-reviewed information that is widely available:

2001 International Journal of Cancer
Chronic gastritis and stomach cancer are just a couple diseases green tea can prevent. This study was conducted using people for analysis. You are not dealing with mice or fish and green tea. These are real people in China.

2003 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can also hinder angiogenesis and some forms of cancer. If angiogenesis is occurring in your blood cells then cancer can also develop. Cancer that is already in existence can actually be stopped from forming and growing with the healthy habit of green tea.

2006 Journal of American Medical Association
Green tea also contributes to a decreased cancer deaths. This study proved that people who drank a lot of green tea had lower death rates due to cancer. In conclusion, green tea has appeared to help people avoid or completely recover from cancer much more effectively.

2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Green tea will also help to prohibit blood and lymph cancers. A new Japanese study indicates that drinking 5 liquid cups of green tea each day can reduce the probability of developing these issues by up to 50 percent.

Just imagine, those are just four out of thousands….

As you can see, green tea is a habit worth keeping. If you do not already have the habit, then start working on it right now. Trust me — it’s a lot better (and a lot better for you) than trying to start nibbling your nails or twirling your hair! Either make your own tea or take it in supplement form. Try it in a capsule if you don’t like the taste. Your will live longer and healthier by indulging in this healthiest of habits.
