A tea that is good for you and your health is green tea. This is a well known fact. A researcher recently did a study that involved exposing hundreds of minnows to highly radioactive substances. Normally, they would have died of cancer within days. However, they stayed alive. The reason? Instead of water in their tank, they had green tea.
Now, you may not like the idea of bombarding cute little minnows with x-rays. I’m sure most people don’t. But, you should like the results. Information like that makes me want to bathe in green tea myself, or at least drink about a gallon a day.
More and more people are becoming aware of the restorative powers of green tea. Green tea and green tea extracts are becoming more popular because of this. You can buy candy, soda or coffee that contain green tea. All this is in addition to all the other green tea blends available today.

However, green tea skin care does more than that. Green tea extracts serve to revitalize your skin. They ease both inflammations and discolorations that can be caused by the environment or by the wrong products. Adding a green tea product to your daily skin care regimen could do you good. Whether it is a lotion, a wrinkle cream, a serum or a spritzer, you will soon be glad that you made green tea a priority in your beauty regimen.
