You could have any kind of vitamin deficiency if you have dandruff or cracked skin. You most likely have a vitamin deficiency of some sort if it occurs after your mid-twentie.
2. You get a cold every winter
For many people, their winter cold is an annual event. It doesn’t have to be that way. If you catch a cold each time the weather gets chilly, you may be experiencing mild immune problems. Your body should be able to fight these suckers off most of the time.
3. Your fingernails are extremely brittle
There are countless deficiencies that can cause this. If you are constantly battling split ends and hang nails, you might have a problem.
4. Losing your hair
Primarily, hair loss is caused by bad nutrition or genetics. Before you go off the deep end you should look at some simpler options, such as a daily vitamin supplement. This could be the problem.
