The skin care industry is massive with so many skin care products available. And skin care product manufacturers make all sorts of claims. Who are we to believe? All organic skin care products that we purchase have to be of excellent standards.
The Stone Age heads own version of skin care. Skincare products in history is not such a recent thing either. This is the same as the history of perfumes and cologne.
We use skin care products in order that we may take great care of our skin. Skin care products are a method of protecting our skin and as a means of damage control. We can also attempt to alleviate some of the damage that is caused by toxins getting into our skin.
History and skin care products
Skin care products have been used by farmers and fishermen all throughout history to protect their skin from the elements.
The fisherman especially needs to take protection against freezing sea, wind, and rain, which will all take a toll on exposed skin. The same can be said for the farmer out in the field all day on all types of weather. Help and protection for the fishermen and the farmer came in the guise of natural skin care products, there were no such things as skin care products in a bottle.
Natures version of the skin care product
It’s okay talking about the fishermen slapping some whale blubber around his jowls to protect his skin from the elements, and God knows what the farmer would put on his face. They were natural skin products after all.
There is just so much hype about the modern-day miracle skin care products that it is very difficult to believe if any of it is true. There are so many chemicals in today’s skin care products, so how can it be any good? Also it can be said of hair care products We are open to so many environmental toxins that get in underneath our skin that we are much better off using natural skin care products.
